About Jeremy

A Different Way of Understanding Yourself
What if the parts of yourself you feel most stuck in are asking to be understood differently?
Maybe you’ve done the reflecting and gained insight, yet still find yourself repeating familiar patterns or longing for something deeper. I work with adults, particularly LGBTQIA+ individuals, navigating anxiety, addiction, relationships, identity, and belonging.
Therapy can be a place to meet yourself with greater honesty, compassion, and possibility.
Beyond Talk Therapy
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board-Certified Art Therapist, I integrate depth-oriented psychotherapy and art therapy to explore experiences that can sometimes be difficult to access through words alone.
Art-making becomes a way to externalize what feels internal, uncovering emotions, patterns, and meanings that may not yet have words. No artistic experience is necessary—it's about curiosity, not craft.
A Space to Become Yourself
Whether you’re sensing that there is more of yourself you want to discover, or you're repeating patterns you're ready to understand, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach is trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and collaborative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. We focus not just on reducing symptoms, but on understanding the parts of yourself developed to survive or belong.
Through creative expression and conversation, we work toward developing insight, strengthening emotional regulation, increasing flexibility, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Healing holds structure while leaving room for uncertainty, creativity, humor, and discovery.
